GENERAL
A client cannot claim the art as theirs.
Additional charges may apply for commercial use, rush orders, or complex details.PAYMENTS
All payments must be made upfront.
Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
Payment must be made in full before first WIP was sent unless prior payment plan is arranged.REVISIONS
Clients are entitled to 3 free revisions during the sketch phase.
Any revisions requested after the sketch approval will end up with additional charges.
Major changes requested after the final rendering stage will require an additional fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The estimated time varies from a few days to a month, depending on the complexity of the piece, communication and my availability.If a client requires a deadline, it must be communicated before payment.
Rush orders (shorter deadlines) will incur an additional fee.USE
The artwork is for personal use only, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the artwork is prohibited unless agreed upon.
I as the artist still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio.
Credits to me (@solyyen) or a link to one of my socials must be given anytime the art is showcased.If the artwork is used for commercial purposes, additional licensing fees will apply.
Should it be noted that owning commercial rights are not buyouts, which means the design itself is not owned by the client.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I have the rights to use my art as portfolio on my stream, social media, etc.
Unless requested otherwise beforehand.I retain full copyrights and ownership of the artwork.
The artist's signature is not allowed to be removed, but a minimized ver is optional.
The art I create cannot be used for training an AI or creating NFT.REFUNDS
I do not execute full refunds after the first sketch is approved and I had already begun working on the next step, otherwise, feel free to ask.
I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.
I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.
If a mistake is found in the payment listing, I will contact you about it before refunding upon request.
